Also we have another one in the making. Jeremy Abbott knew about the game and wanted to answer the questions but we didn't see him on Sunday morning before the gala, when we made the game. He apologized on our Facebook group and told us he still wanted to do it if it was possible. We're gonna try a Skype interview whenever he has the free time. Here's his sweet message:

And did Patrick infer that he had the most hope of all the Canadian skaters from the federation/country to medal in Vancouver? I definitely don't think he had more hope than Virtue/Moir did.

Don't think so. He said there were a lot of expectations for Canadians to win medals ( not just skaters ) and he is correct in that he was one of the bigger expectations. I think he's talking about the whole Own the Podium movement and he was definitely highly regarded as a safe bet during that campaign.

You guys had much more interesting questions than we usually hear with the professional interviewers. The skaters all sound so relaxed, you must have made them feel very comfortable.

sigrid, do you have any plans to go to Nice and make more fun interviews? Sure, Worlds will be a much more stressful and busy event for skaters, but I think they may appreciate to do such an interview for distraction

Well, the way to convince Patrick was telling him that "Scott got 30 points" (he replied with a "If Scott can, I can" ) Anna and Luca wanted to beat Sonia, Adam wanted to get the 30 points, Duhamel/Radford said that there was no way they would get less than 30 points.
There was a funny moment after we explained the game to Scott and Tessa. Tessa wanted to answer one of the yellows, and Scott told her "are you crazy? we have to win this!"
So yeah, most of them wanted to win.

sigrid, do you have any plans to go to Nice and make more fun interviews? Sure, Worlds will be a much more stressful and busy event for skaters, but I think they may appreciate to do such an interview for distraction

What did Patrick say before picking up the yellow card?
It's interesting that he begun the game to compete against Scott and picked a yellow one knowing that the point of yellow one was lower than the red one.

Maybe because he though not only big jumps but also every single detail was important in COP.
