Best/Favorite Vegetarian Restaurant in Calgary?

Some good vegetarian friends of mine have recently moved to Calgary. I'd like to buy them a gift certificate to a vegetarian restaurant as a holiday gift, and as a fun way to introduce them to their new home. Does anyone have any recommendations as to which restaurant would be best? Thanks in advance!

The River Cafe is not strictly a vegetarian restaurant, but it always has at least one vegetarian choice on its menu. And it's a great place to go for a special occasion, so your friends might really appreciate a night out there. *But* if they are the type of vegetarian who doesn't want to be around non-vegetarian food at all, then don't send them there (the elk and buffalo tasting plate might upset them )

I have also heard good things about The Coup on 17th.
