    FSWer's Trainning Reports

    Hello everyone!!!! I just want to let you all know that due to some problem with Skatingforums restricting me access to the site,I am moving my Off-Ice/ On-Ice Trainning Reports here,and starting a whole new sticky thread. So please keep checking back here for any updates on my trainning. Here's the first Off-Ice Trainning Report....

    For Thurs. 11/17/11


    Back-Leg-Lifts = It was easier and quicker to lift my Legs.

    Stomach-Leg-Lifts = It is now easier to lift my Legs.

    Spiral-Leg-Lifts = I got into a real Spiral lifting my Left Leg.

    Kick-Ups = I can still kick higher.

    My Push-Ups were quick and easy.

    My Sit-Ups were easy to do.

    Sit-Toe-Touches = Touched my Toes on my Left Foot.

    Just a reminder to keep checking back here for any updates.

    FSWer's On Ice Public- Skate- Trainning Report 11/20/11

    Ok my fellow Skaters!!! Here is the first On-Ice-Trainning Report!!!

    My Staff dropped me off at the Rink a little after 11:00. I checked in with my Skatepasses and signed in. I then went and got my Skates and Gaurds on. I then went in (the Blue Rink) near Noon, and got on the Ice. I must say to you all that I have now mastered my Long-Distance Glide,and I practiced some more on it today. Along with my 2-Foot Spin. I hope to return to the Rink more in Dec.

    For those working on these...The back circle eight is SCARY in a test. This is a tough move do do under test pressure!

    Congrats!

    I passed my Juvenile freeskate a few weeks ago, with no comments from the judges on my pitiful layback spin! Yay! Just wanted to share that, I never did.

    FSWer's Off-Ice- Training Report 11/27/11

    Ok my fellow Skaters!!!...Here it is...

    Back-Leg-Lifts = I was able to lift my Legs real easy.

    Stomach-Leg-Lifts = I was able to lift my Legs easier and quicker.

    Spiral-Leg-Lifts = I can still get up more in a Spiral.

    Kick-Ups = I was able to lift my Left Leg higher.

    I was able to do my Push-Ups and Sit-Ups fast.

    Sit-Toe-Touches = Touched my Toes on both feet.

    Ok my fellow Skaters!!! Here it is....

    Back- Leg-Lifts = I can now lift both my Legs higher. I also have become stronger in both Legs,on both my Back and Stomach-Leg-Lifts.

    Spiral-Leg-Lifts = I now have somewhat of a Spiral in my Left Leg.

    Kick-Ups = I was able to get my Left Leg higher. Because I'm Left-Handed. I don't know if anything will ever happen on my Right. LOL.

    My Push-Ups were easy today.

    I was able to do my Sit-Ups quick.

    Sit-Toe- Touches = I touched my toes on both feet.

    Ok my fellow Skaters!!!.....Here it is...


    Back-Leg-Lifts = My Legs have gotten stronger in the inside.

    Stomach-Leg-Lifts = I have gotten stronger in my Legs.

    Spiral-Leg-Lifts = I still maintain a Spiral on my Right Foot.

    Kick-Ups = I was able to keep my Legs higher,and do them quicker.

    I was able to do both my Push-Ups and Sit-Ups quicker.

    Sit-Toe-Touches = Touched my toes on both my feet.

    Stomach-Leg-Lifts = I'm working on my flexability.

    Spiral-Leg-Lifts = I continue to keep a Spiral on my Right Foot.

    Kick-Ups = I have become more flexable in my Left Leg.

    My Push-Ups and Sit-Ups were easy.

    Sit-Toe-Touches = Touched my toes on both feet.

    Spiral- Leg-Lifts = I now have a better Spiral on my Rigt foot.

    Kick-Ups = I have gotten stronger in my Left Leg.My Push-Ups have become stronger.

    I did my Sit-Ups with my Legs in today.

    Sit-Toe-Touches = I almost touched my toes.

    Back-Leg-Lifts = I sstill maintain hieght in both Legs.


    Stomach-Leg-Lifts = I am still stronger in bboth Legs.


    Spiral-Leg-Lifts = I still maintain somewhat of a Spiral.


    Kick-Ups = Worked on getting my Right Leg higher.


    My Push-Ups have become easier...and my Sit-Ups were easier today.
