She had a miscarriage between the two babies they had. If she is pregnant, this is her fourth pregnancy. Given her age and this pace...
And she hasn't chosen this in the way that you or I would choose to plan a family. She was taught from the time she was old enough to understand that family planning in any way is wrong and that she should have as many babies as possible.
