So that's about 10 rows back from the the first upper bowl row. Should I take the plunge and get them now or chance upon people selling better tickets closer to the date? Only one ticket would be needed, so I'm not sure if people like to sell tickets individually or in pairs.

I'm new to FSU so I'm not sure about the likelihood of extra tickets selling for previous Worlds here. Anyone like to give an opinion?
Isn't there a ticket sale thread somewhere? (Not asking you, asking other FSUers) That might be helpful.

I almost always cab it, and usually I run into people at the hotel (often FSUers!) who are more than happy to split the cost of a cab.

I would be coming from T.O or Waterloo-Kitchener (where I'm studying at for post-secondary) and driving. Parking near the arena may be difficult if I don't secure a spot earlier in the day so I can probably expect to park further out and walk.... praying to god the weather will be much milder.

Where are you coming from? Perhaps we can make some suggestions for you!

Yeah, I looked at it and so far, only all event tickets or 3 packs without the mens FS are being sold.
Since it's quite early still, I don't expect people to be re-selling single tickets until closer to the date. But if I wait until closer to March and nothing comes up, I'm almost certain the tickets on the Budweiser Gardens site will be completely gone. I'm expecting the tickets to be gone by the Grand Prix Final...? Still early in the season right now.

Does anyone know a more specific date as to when they are mailing out the tickets? All I know is the "end of the year", and I'm starting to get excited and want the actual tickets in my hand!

I suppose if you really wanted to know when tickets were being sent out, you could go straight to the source -- ask Skate Canada or the ticketing agency.

I went to L.A. Worlds, but every event is done differently by the different organizers. Don't know how the Budweiser Gardens will handle it.

Oh, don't get your tailfeathers in a knot. If you want information, go directly to the source! Then maybe YOU can inform everyone else who is asking.

The queries I have sent out have not resulted in answers as of yet. Because of the nature of this board, I am aware that certain posters often have inside info, which is sometimes shared with those of us who have questions. It was a very simple request, and "everyone else who is asking" appears to be one other poster, who also just asked simply and politely.

Tickets won't go out until the schedule is firmed up which might depend on entry numbers.

Hey Judy! I just got a reply from the Ticketing Manager of Skate Canada......tickets purchased prior to March 17/12 are being printed as souvenir booklets, and they expect them to be sent out by mid December.

I called the LaBatt Center to inquire about parking passes. The woman I spoke with denied that they have anything like that. They say they don't have a parking lot and the lot in front of the LC is city owned. So, I called Skate Canada and left a message with Therese who apparently knows something about this. We'll see if I get a call back. I was planning to drive and hope I don't have to fight for parking all week.

I purchased my tickets March 26th.

A very nice woman from SC updated me on the parking pass issue. As of now, their original plan has failed and they're on to plan B. What that is I don't know, but she said they are talking with London officials b/c parking is city run. She feels very optimistic that there will be a week long parking pass but it may not be at the parking lot right next to the Budwieser center. It may be at a parking lot nearby, around a 5 minute walk from the center. If the parking passes don't sell out to All event ticket holder, she thinks they'll be offered to single ticket holders later. She's going to update the Budweiser center about what's going on so they can update fans who call. She said an email from the Budweiser center will be sent to those who bought tickets when a plan is official. She was very helpful and I appreciate that I wasn't blown off in my inquiry.

Hope the Parking passes are not as expensive as the tickets. When we bought the all event passes it was supposed to include the preliminaries but now that has been canned that is two days less of skating to watch. Giving us each a $25 gift card for purchases at the skate canada store will not make up for the 2 days IMO. Would have prefered if they allowed us to use the gift card towards purchasing parking...

No need for the rudeness in the tone of both your posts.

Up thread someone posted tickets would be mailed at the earliest in mid-December for all-event ticket holders. (And that is if the schedule is firm.)

In my mind, that means sometime after 12/15 and hopefully before Canadian Nationals.
