I would be coming from T.O or Waterloo-Kitchener (where I'm studying at for post-secondary) and driving. Parking near the arena may be difficult if I don't secure a spot earlier in the day so I can probably expect to park further out and walk.... praying to god the weather will be much milder.
Where are you coming from? Perhaps we can make some suggestions for you!
Yeah, I looked at it and so far, only all event tickets or 3 packs without the mens FS are being sold.
Since it's quite early still, I don't expect people to be re-selling single tickets until closer to the date. But if I wait until closer to March and nothing comes up, I'm almost certain the tickets on the Budweiser Gardens site will be completely gone. I'm expecting the tickets to be gone by the Grand Prix Final...? Still early in the season right now.
Does anyone know a more specific date as to when they are mailing out the tickets? All I know is the "end of the year", and I'm starting to get excited and want the actual tickets in my hand!
I was just coming on to ask the same question myself .. can anyone who has been to worlds before give us a clue? will they arrive by regular mail or courier? soooo excited to go.
I suppose if you really wanted to know when tickets were being sent out, you could go straight to the source -- ask Skate Canada or the ticketing agency.
Haunting the Princess of Pink since 20/07/11...
Sorry to ask a question here......because no one else EVER, EVER asks questions.

I won't be asking Skate Canada .. probably only a voicemail system there anyways.
The queries I have sent out have not resulted in answers as of yet. Because of the nature of this board, I am aware that certain posters often have inside info, which is sometimes shared with those of us who have questions. It was a very simple request, and "everyone else who is asking" appears to be one other poster, who also just asked simply and politely.
Tickets won't go out until the schedule is firmed up which might depend on entry numbers.
I called the LaBatt Center to inquire about parking passes. The woman I spoke with denied that they have anything like that. They say they don't have a parking lot and the lot in front of the LC is city owned. So, I called Skate Canada and left a message with Therese who apparently knows something about this. We'll see if I get a call back. I was planning to drive and hope I don't have to fight for parking all week.
Yes we are waiting to hear about the parking thing too. Please share when you find out.
I purchased my tickets March 26th.
A very nice woman from SC updated me on the parking pass issue. As of now, their original plan has failed and they're on to plan B. What that is I don't know, but she said they are talking with London officials b/c parking is city run. She feels very optimistic that there will be a week long parking pass but it may not be at the parking lot right next to the Budwieser center. It may be at a parking lot nearby, around a 5 minute walk from the center. If the parking passes don't sell out to All event ticket holder, she thinks they'll be offered to single ticket holders later. She's going to update the Budweiser center about what's going on so they can update fans who call. She said an email from the Budweiser center will be sent to those who bought tickets when a plan is official. She was very helpful and I appreciate that I wasn't blown off in my inquiry.
Hope the Parking passes are not as expensive as the tickets. When we bought the all event passes it was supposed to include the preliminaries but now that has been canned that is two days less of skating to watch. Giving us each a $25 gift card for purchases at the skate canada store will not make up for the 2 days IMO. Would have prefered if they allowed us to use the gift card towards purchasing parking...
has anyone received their tickets yet?
