"You either love him or hate him, there's no in between."
"I miss footwork that has any kind of a discernible pattern. The goal of a step sequence should not be for a skater to show the same ice coverage as a Zamboni and take about as much time as an ice resurface. " ~ Zemgirl, reflecting on a pre-IJS straight line sequence
is it anything about Figure Skating? ?
It even not suit The Tash Can ╮(╯_╰)╭
there are a lot of forum and net to talk about this kind of rubbish,FSU don't need these.
"Johnny Weir wound up on both sides of the poll."
In a nutshell, that says it all about how Johnny is viewed here and elsewhere. So right, Bittybug ... Love him or hate him, he's never boring. He quashes notions and expectations, and he transcends boundaries. Alas, he was unable to ascend the politically complex and formidably conforming fs mountain, not to mention unable to whip his own whims and talents into control. He did triumph however, in his own inimitable fashion on Olympic ice in 2010, and his The Swan in 2006 will forever be iconic.
Some of his fashion choices are good, and some of them are just awful.
Yeah, I guess if you're willing to take risks in fashion and in life, while not being a slave to what others think, then it's possible to wind up on both sides of all types of worst/best lists.
Too bad Nate Berkus is gay
