Me too,me too. I don't do too much blush, but eye shadows and eyeliner are a weakness of mine.I've been wearing a sort of Army green lately because my eyes are brown/green and it really makes the green stand out.I am dying to try some brigher eye shadow colors though, like a turquoise or a brighter violet,I've been way too neutral for too long I think.
I'm not a fan of the original Poison, but the reworked reissues are all very nice.

Try eBay for a mini or a set of samples, or the enterprising ladies of the www.perfumedcourt.com will be able to sell a small decant for a good price.I heart them.

Speaking of perfume, has anyone smelled Prada's Candy or Betsey Johnson Too Too?
I absolutely loved Prada's Candy and Betsey's fragance was great too.

The trainee stylist called today, asking if I could be a highlights hair model again. Who am I to say no...?
I figure the longer I can get color for only 10 bucks, the better.
ETA: If you're interested in looking at some mildly sciencey stuff, I just came across this website called www.makingcosmetics.com. It breaks down all the ingredients that goes into skin care, hair care, etc and explains what their properties are.

I thought Prada's Candy was freaking fantastic. It has a sweet spicy smell. According to perfume.com
So it should be right up your alley. Its only available at NeimanMarcus! The composition includes an elegant mix of musks in the top, a sensual balsamic vanillic accord of benzoin in the heart and sweet modern caramel in the base of the fragrance.

I am ordering it online this weekend. I received a sample in a magazine in September and fell in love. It smells great with on me.
*side note, Dior's Poison use to be my signature fragrance in my late teens and mid twenties
I always received compliments when I wore it to.
I haven't bought perfume in 4 years though. My last purchase was Robert Piguet's Fracas. Which I love.

Oh yeah, it IS up my alley.Candy is also apparently available at Nordstrom. This thread is nothing but trouble.
Fracas and Poison are both iconic fragrances.

I walked into Sephora and managed to get away with only buying a couple of nail polishes. Phew! I'm loving the magnetic nail polish. It's awesome![]()

Now that the cooler weather is here I am back to wearing my deeper scent: Magical Moon by Hanae Mori. IceAlisa would probably hate it because it's a lot of sandalwood and patchouli. But there's also a lot of coconut milk, sugar cane and vanilla. It wears so nice and creamy and it really melts into you, it's soft and lush and there aren't any sharp angles hanging around but there's a nice shot of darkness and seduction stirred up in that coconut milk.

I WANT IT but I'm trying to save money. And failing.
Okay so after looking at that ingredients website, then looking at the Wen ingredients, and then looking at the ingredients of my favorite conditioner, I feel like I could just use my conditioner and get similar results.I should probably spend my free time doing more productive things, but no, I look up conditioner ingredients.
Except for Opium which I also hated.
I would never have tried Hypnotic Poison because I hated the original back in the '80s. The satan of a perfume book raved about it. I sprayed it on and walked around the airport for twenty minutes and damn if it didn't smell even better once it had transitioned. So I bought it.![]()
