    I can't imagine any "reckless" driving in Lake Placid. That small, quaint, peaceful town with the really bendy and narrow roadways?

    Lutai lives in Bulgaria and wasn't in court for the misdemeanor sentencing last week.

    He has never officially retired, but the Russian Federation gave him a one-year suspension after the Lake Placid incident.

    He's apparently considering making a comeback in time for Sochi.

    If he competes for Bulgaria, he should be able to qualify a spot the Bulgarian Federation at Worlds in 2013 or the Olympic qualifying tournament in the fall. If he wants to compete for Russia, though, he will have his work cut out for him just to make the team.
