Gaga's album is at #17 this week on the BB200! Still in the top 20 after 16 weeks!

Can't believe Britney's dropped from #54 down to #73 this week though. So sad.

What's the next single gonna be? I want Government Hooker! Although I feel like its one of those songs that will either bomb terribly or be a smash hit, there isn't really any middle ground.

Looks like it's been decided for most of the world, but not yet the U.S. From wikipedia:

"Marry the Night" will be released as the fifth single from the album, as announced on September 28, 2011.[138] The song has already charted in five different countries including the United States, where it peaked at number seventy-nine on the Billboard Hot 100.[130] However, Interscope Records confirmed to Billboard that while the song is to be released as the fifth single internationally, they're still undecided on which song to release in the U.S.

I have been wondering if any album in history has had four singles released in such a short period of time. Four singles in six months? Seems unheard of to me...unless some of those singles flopped and they rush-released a follow-up single. All four of Gaga's singles from the current album have hit the top 10.

Lady Gaga sends video to Toronto school for assembly against bullies, homophobia

School principal Rob MacKinnon said Lady Gaga recorded the video message after student council president Jacques St. Pierre wrote a letter to her several months ago, asking for a word of support for the equality assembly.

"It is important that we push the boundaries of love and acceptance, it is important that we spread tolerance and equality for all students in light of the recent suicide of Jamey Rodemeyer," says the singer, referring to the bullied, gay New York teen who committed suicide in September.

"Because of the bullying that he experienced in school, I am going to be working as hard as I can to make bullying a hate crime."

Lady Gaga is in Baton Rouge right now while her bf films for some show he is in. Rumor has it she is going out to a certain bar. Should I go? It is the gay bar so I know it well. I just don't feel like going out and would never be going if it weren't for the rumor. It is drag night, though, so at least there would be something to watch. If she does go then I would kick myself for not being there even though I would probably be fighting to even see her.

Didn't go. It was probably just a rumor and I hate that damn bar so I stayed at home and watched the new Sherlock on Netflix. Good decision, I think.
