I think you did pretty well considering you haven't trained in a long time. Love how Franz Ferdinand were playing in the background.

Like your camel spin. Really nice leg position.

On the triple toe, I would probably like to see you stretch back more on the picking foot. And I think a bit more knee bend and ankle flexion in your general skating would be nice. Although the natural thing after not skating for a while is to be a bit stiff in the legs. Just try and relax it a bit more.
When you are up to your arse in alligators it is difficult to remember you were only meant to be draining the swamp.

Your back camel position on your flying camel is quite stunning. Nice back. I also like your death drop entry. It really flies!

I like the headless spin at the end of the second spin. Nice variation!

everything is looking good, especially if you weren't on the ice for a long while. Soft looking jumps and spins.

PS - I'll eventually reply in the other thread about the hip flexor stretches that have been a miracle for my injury. Hopefully yours is feeling better.

This is something I've never heard before, so I'll definitely try it next time. Thanks!

Haha thank you... the back camel position kind of annoys me though, it just seems TOO arched or something? But idk, maybe that's a good thing? :p

looking forward to it! haha. mine is ok right at the moment.. but I haven't done a triple loop in months which is the #1 thing that kills it.
