A year and a half, maybe? He and Jane Summersett competed at Nationals in 2010, I think... I'm not sure he every officially retired or not, but it would be really cool if he Favre's his way into competing again. I've liked his skating with both Pratt and Summersett - he seems to be a very strong partner... probably the best of all the available US males (if he decided to compete again).

He skated with Jane Summerset through from 2007-2010, so he's really only had a little over a year off.

However, I worry slightly because the international judges never seemed that fond of either pairing he was involved in.

He competed at 4 continents in the olympic year in January 2010. The top teams obviously skipped that event.

I've noticed that IceNetwork usually beats USFS.

I personally would love it if someone started a new thread when an *official* pairing is announced and put Emily's name in the title! The one about the "new North American team" totally threw me the other day!
