It's part of a syndicated schedule that includes several shows over the year.

I remember that one. It also has Alexander Fadeev. It came out long after their competitive careers were over. So the 90's sounds about right. I think I saw it on a PBS channel in the middle of the day.

Gershwin on Ice will be broadcast at 2PM on Saturday, August 20, on MASN. That channel is available to Comcast customers, at least, in the Washington DC area.
