    Random Question about 2001 Worlds

Does anyone know what the official hotel was for 2001 Worlds in Vancouver? Thanks!

I'm leaning towards the Westin, but I'm not 100% sure. I know it was a major chain. My other guess would be Sheraton. I looked for my souvenir keycard, but can't find it.

    Hotel Vancouver.
At least that what it was called in 2001. I can't find it on google now.
It was the one with the green/copper roof.

I was wrong (well, I had the "big chain" part correct. Per this blast from the past, the hotel was the Hyatt Regency.

I'll never forget it. My first FS competition and I had miso soup with the Satos.

Oh, its really not that much.
One morning we went to breakfast there. I got up to fill my plate at the buffet and literally ran into Frank. I was embarrassed. Then I ended up in line with the Satos and we all dished out our miso soup together.
Since then I have had more interesting encounters with skaters/coaches/families. This was just my first. In 2001, I was a FS competition virgin.
