Glad his surgery went well. Good luck to him in recovery and physio-rehab.
I meant to take the high road.... but I missed the exit.

Does not look like they will be ready for TEB. France has 3 spots for Euros and I really hope to see them in Sheffield. She is from England and used to skate in Sheffield, so it has to be motivating for her to be there.

I really liked them at last Jr. Worlds. To the point of wondering if they might become one of my favorite Dance couple. Hope he recovers completely, and soon.

    He's young, he'll heal fast I hope.

    A quick progress update:
Alexis has had his plaster cast removed today.
On Monday he will go to a top residential centre which specializes in the rehabilitation of such injuries in top-level sports people.
(We're not quite sure what the footballers and rugby players are going to make of a an ice dancer!)
He will be at the centre for between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on his progress.

Thanks for the update! I was actually wondering how he was doing! Hope his time at the rehab centre is beneficial! Sure he will be able to teach the footballers and rugby players a thing or two!

Don't worry, it's a slow start, he's only allowed 45 mins per day on the ice for the moment!

While ago, ZAHORSKI/Miart was listed as French Masters 2011 (Oct. 6-8)senior dance contestants. I checked the French Mster's entrants list today and realized that their names were removed from the list.

How is Alexis' recovery and rehab coming along?

I was hoping that ZAHORSKI/Miart to be the last entrants of the Trophee Bompard GP this year...

    Alexis' rehabilitation is going well.

The Nice international was just a little too soon after such a major injury.

They are hoping to be ready for the Trophée Eric Bompard, but their primary objective is the Elite French championships in December and then the European championships.

Thank you. I'm glad to hear Alexis' is getting better. Really, really, really looking forward to skating them at Eric Bompard. (crossing my fingers)

Various rumours have been circulating since Worlds at Nice, that Zahorski and Miart have split.

I would like to confirm that there is absolutely no truth in any of these rumours. Zahorski and Miart are still very much together and are very busy preparing for the new season.
