Ratings for Miss USA highest in 6 years.
Here's an article about Miss Maryland and her background in skating from Ice Network.

Seriously, her body is not that attractive. She has virtually no muscle tone at all. She looks "skinny fat". Her arms look horrible
I still think South America and Asia will dominate the final 15. Also, 2011 Ms Universe will see a return to Ms Chile after a 4 year absence and I have a feeling that Chile is coming back with a contender.

Huh? Did you watch swim suit? She will likely win that competition at Universe. Trust me... she will be in the running for the title.
Miss Chile is beautiful, but she looks a little more like a porn star than she should. They have a lot of work to do on her styling before she has a shot at Universe. Same thing with Miss Venezuela... but I have a feeling that she will be completely made over by the pageant.
I do think that a non-Chinese/Japanese Asian girl will do well this year, and it is time for Africa to step it up. We have beenrobbed of an African goddess. It's been since Mpule in 1999.
I didn't see the event but I googled Miss California swimsuit competition and agree with topaz: she has little to no muscle tone. That's just a personal preference. I like to see a little muscle tone, not too much, this isn't a body building competition but a little. Like this:http://shreddedrippedabs.com/wp-cont...-for-women.jpg

Nana Merriwether won Miss Maryland two weeks ago! WHEEE!!!!! After coming so close for so many years at Miss California, she finally gets to go to the big show. Now we just have to see who the other four finalists are for Miss USA because she has one locked up!!!
I hope that she has a real shot in the 2012 pageant.
How many times do contestants change states to have a chance to win?
