I heard that Stockholm is applying for Euros 2014, in that case we could get both Euros and Worlds in Euros yay(but I don't think I can afford to go both places...)

Good luck to Finland in their bid for 2014 Worlds. I would love to attend and visit my Finnish in-laws afterwards.
I absolutely loved Stockholm and Goteborg back in 2008, and I'd love to visit another Scandinavian city! Fingers crossed for Helsinki!!
Japan will be the host of the Worlds 2014. It was decided today:

On June 12, the JSF figure skating committee decided to bid for 2014 or 2015.
If Finland withdraws, Tokyo will host 2014 worlds.
Finland didn't withdraw, they had an ISU meeting today and Japan got the Worlds.
Good for Japan.
Finland will probably apply for 2015 and has a good chance to get them, I think. At least it'll most likely be somewhere in Europe since the two previous years are Canada and Japan.
Rockin' Finnish commentator: "And that was supposed to be a flip but it turned out to be a flop."
I wonder whether the U.S. is going to bid for 2015 or 2016 worlds, or are they going to wait for the pre-Olympics worlds in 2017 just like Canada did with the 2013 worlds? We know that Finland will bid again, but will Great Britain or Germany bid for worlds again? What about China, which has hosted Cup of China, 2 Grand Prix Finals, and 2003 Four Continents, but has never hosted worlds?
any info when Japan '14 will be official? will it be Tokyo? or another city like say Osaka?
So did Stockholm get the Euros 2014? I think the Euro host was also decided on Sunday?
