Yes, there are 4 Lorello ice dance siblings, as I posted earlier in this thread:

A January 2011 article about the University of Delaware's Nationals Send-Off Show mentioned the Lorellos' ages: "... 14-year-old twins Meara and Grant, Alexander, 23, and Ian, 20."

ETA: Hannah Pfeifer/Grant Lorello are a new Novice team this season; Meara Lorello/William Dean are the 2011 U.S. Intermediate Dance champions. Grant Lorello placed 2nd to them with his previous partner, Whitney Miller, who is skating Novice with Kyle MacMillan this season.

No, they're not included for this season. At 2011 Nationals, they finished 10th in senior dance, so not high enough to automatically be placed in the pool. In Lake Placid, their FD score was 63.70 (35.71 TES, 27.99 PCS), which may have been too low to be considered for monitoring.

Too bad for H/F, their score improved from 63 to 78 in few weeks. The result at LP seems to be not accurate or it's the other way?

Or maybe they skated very differently on the two occasions?

Well, scores aren't truly comparable across competitions and skaters' conditions and programs change (and we fans don't have any videos to watch), but here is the breakdown/comparison from Lake Placid (LP) FD to Challenge Cup (CC) FD with the TES bolded:

1 Isabella Cannuscio / Ian Lorello
    LP (1): 76.12 42.48 34.64 5.89 5.46 5.79 5.82 6.11 1.00 #19
    CC (3): 70.96 34.39 39.57 6.63 6.44 6.63 6.63 6.75 3.00 #5

    Anastasia Cannuscio / Colin McManus
    LP (5): 67.08 35.13 31.95 5.39 5.04 5.36 5.39 5.64 0.00 #8
    CC (2): 78.33 40.50 37.83 6.25 6.19 6.44 6.31 6.44 0.00 #1

    Ginna Hoptman / Pavel Filchenkov
    LP (8): 63.70 35.71 27.99 4.68 4.57 4.46 5.00 4.68 0.00 #5
    CC (1): 78.82 43.88 36.94 6.06 6.13 6.25 6.25 6.13 2.00 #4

    Katherine Pilgrim / Alexander Lorello
    LP (14): 52.02 28.25 24.77 4.07 3.96 4.11 4.39 4.25 1.00 #16

It's very possible elements changed from competition to competition. Seniors at Lake Placid still had programs in progress. They don't really need to be competition ready at that point and it would probably be bad to peak that early in the season anyway. LP does a great job with critique sessions and offering feedback, so teams can go home to their training centers and make improvements for whatever event they have next. There's a lot of cycle training going on, based on event dates and I'm sure skaters use local events to try out something new in a competition environment and get more feedback.

Obviously Isabella and Ian had some issues with their tech since their PCS was the highest with the highest SS, too. Must have messed up an element, I'm thinking. And also obvious was that H/F had a good skate aside from the deductions.
