I've been given permission to mention that Nick Anderson is once again looking for a partner. If anyone knows of someone looking who could match him, they should get in contact asap. He is on the shorter side for a pairs man, but he get's the job done.

^ Jayar, what level is he looking to compete at? Is he willing to move and where is he based now?

Nick Anderson is Junior level (he's 20 and going into his final season of ISU Junior eligibility). Link to his profile on icepartnersearch: http://icepartnersearch.com/showbio.php?i=3209

True, but I thought 'why pay for it when I can see it on NBC for free', but I didn't realize they'd only show the final group.

What are the odds of them getting a senior B assignment?

Very good, IMO. They got Nebelhorn last year after being 8th in Junior at 2010 Nationals and monitoring well last summer.

Also Sylvia, mentioned in an earlier thread, you have the two new teams of Britney SIMPSON/Matthew BLACKMER and Haven DENNEY/Brandon FRAZIER

both are junior age eligible and train with Dalilah.

Just so it is clear, it is being posted in other threads that Denney / Coughlin are a team now.

With regard to the discussion about Cadee, i.e. how she has not improved in 3 years and has horrendous positions in lifts and death spirals (which I completely agree with!), the only thing that gives me hope is that she is with Delilah now. Delilah clearly emphasizes positions in lifts, etc. as she has produced Keanu and Caitlin who were fab in that regard (LOVE their backs/posture in the classic lasso overhead lifts!). Hopefully with focus on these details with her new coach, she will improve now. Obviously Zimmerman didn't give a crap about positions....

Perhaps we could keep this thread focused on the lesser-known pairs?

Caydee and Jeremy were with John Zimmerman 7-8 months? Rome wasn't built in a day and I don't think Caydee's lack of improvement can be laid on John's door. I certainly didn't expect John and Sylvia to be able to correct a lifetime of skating technique in 8 months.

Didn't Britney skate in a couple Senior GPs last year?

I take it that Haven DENNEY broke up with Daniel RAAD when the whole Denney central moved to CO Springs? Weren't both Denney teams in Coral Springs with Zimmerman last year?

Perhaps Daniel Raad could try out with Caitlin Y. He's quite the elegant skater, but I think he is not tall enough? His bio says 5'7"

It doesn't matter, in pairs you can even skate in both the Jr GP and Sr GP in the same season if you want.

A very nice team. There's something about them that reminds me of Jenni Meno and Todd Sand.

Eh. I think we should discuss everything here except the D/C combo. The other thread is more than taking care of that!

I don't doubt there will be a thread exploding about Caitlin and new partner when the time comes!

Also, do you know if Nicks will continue to coach? I thought he's wanted to retire since '06?
