Well, Elena did just turn 17. That's still not really totally grown.

At any rate, they're both still very young and are apt to make more than a few decisions--both related to skating and not--that aren't the greatest. I know I make better decisions now than I did when I was in my late teens.

They have 3 spots for world championships hence considering the result at euro, where all three teams did well. I would think RSF will not make any changes to the Ice dance team. Men's they only have two spots, if Plushy is not going to the worlds and since Voronov's performance only earned him a 10th spot they may decide on the second spot after some other internal competition. So likes of Zhan, Dimitirev Jr, Bariev, Borodulin and Grigoriev (latter two wishful thinking on my part) will all factor in.
