I love Elene but why is she hopping from one coach I despise to the next? I thought the day she left Robin Wagner would be a happy one for me but now I am...ugh...
Seriously, Morosov takes 50% of my favourite skaters and makes me a very unhappy Hedwig.

Isn't Morosov based in Moscow (even though he's been hopping around since last summer's fires)? If that's true, wasn't Gedevanishvilli deported from Moscow several years ago, which is what led her to end up with Wagner to begin with? So everything's OK for her to return?

AFAIK, Georgia had diplomatic tensions against Russia at the time Elene G's mother got deported. I believe Russia-Georgia relations have been restored since U.S. leaning Sakhashivilli administration was thrown out of Georgia a couple of years ago. Originally Posted by BittyBug

I think that it might be a very good news if Morozov can help Elene to get more consistent with her jumps. Of course, hair and costumes are important but they will not win competitions. Morozov seems to be able ho help many skaters to improve jumps and that's what she needs most right now in my opinion. So I'd say it is a good decision.
