CSOI Vancouver pre-show dinner

kwanfan1818 and I are going to dinner before the show. Midori please join us

and DFJ you've said you're going to the show. Come have dinner with us.

And anyone else who's going (or even if you're not) come join our pre-show party

Jojo do you know if you have the box yet? If so that means you and manhn and sandraMGfan and overedge (and some others) too ?

I haven't picked out a place yet. Anyone got any ideas? I know there's some restaurants within walking distance of Rogers arena and the skytrain. And we're also within walking distance of Chinatown and there must be some good places to eat there.

Once we've picked out a place to eat I thought it would be good to meet at about 5 or 5.30 to give us plenty of time to eat/visit/snark/

and get to the arena in time for the 7.30 start.

My daughter is coming with me (sort of kicking and screaming, but she's such a sweetie she'll put up with me) and I'm assuming that she would be welcome since you're all so fabulous! I'm taking that day off but not sure about Danielle. I'll ask her and then get back to you. Any place with Stadium Station would be great as we'll be taking the train.

Sandra doesn't have a ticket and neither do I - there was a possibility that one of the local gang might have access to a box for the show courtesy of her work. Don't know if that is still a possibility.

I might buy a ticket at the last minute and if not, can probably come for dinner.

Let's go for 5 as some people want to get to the arena quite early (for

reasons of their own).

Rosaleen is also going to SOI so I'm going to find out if the restaurnt is wheelchair accessible.

That would be great. And if it is we need to add Rosaleen to the list. Is Jojo coming to the dinner or just the show? If she's coming to the dinner it's 10 so far. There are others who may be in the box but we don't know if they'll be at the dinner or not.

I will check if it's accessible and if it is, I will book for 10 people (5 p.m., Friday 13th).
If others show interest in attending the dinner, I can stop by again (it's really just 2 min away from my work) and change the booking on Thursday or worst case scenario Friday at lunch time.

DFJ has kindly offered me her daughter's ticket, so I will be attending the show

that makes 9 of us, but there's no hurt in booking for 10!
