I think Chris will get more than 7 from Len. That was definitely better than Ralph's samba.

Am I the only one who thinks Cheryl's dress looks like a nightie? It would look a lot better if the top was closed, and without the silver bra.

Well, you COULD in theory samba to it, but that didn't work.

Meanwhile, Chris and Cheryl try to waltz while some gospel-wannabe (tiara girl?) from the band goes to town on "America the Beautiful".

And...Cheryl's eyes are UP HERE, LEN. (His turn to be the perv?)

Oh sweetheart. Don't strain your voice like this. Oh well--I guess it's good that her voice is so pitchy, you don't notice that the entire band was off-rhythm.

I keep waiting for Chris Jericho to offer to carry Cheryl's bags and offer his opinions on which are the best restaurants.

Started 15 minutes late, but catching up quickly by fastforwarding through commercials and Bruno's nonsense. Ralph looked forced and "thinking through" parts of that dance, but how the heck do you samba on Americana night and not look a little forced.

Can America sue the vocalist for this performance of America the Beautiful?

ETA: at Jericho's imitation of Len.

Bet he's getting an 8 from Len

Great scores for Chris and Cheryl. I wouldn't be surprised to see them in the top 3.

Um...okay, I guess you can quickstep to this.

And I realize it's "Viva Las Vegas" but I could do without the bad Elvis impersonator...

There's not a lot of quick in this quickstep. This is the only Standard dance I LIKE, so maybe I'm picky, but it's more like the brisk walking pace step.

Dmitry is as hot in a tux as he is without his shirt. And Petra is gorgeous. There is too much pretty on that dance floor.

Love Petra's dress and styling tonite. She looks a bit like she's being dragged through this dance though.

I think America the Beautiful is a much harder song to sing than people think it is--to do it right, you have to be able to sustain the notes and the phrasing is not easy. Doing the vocal gymnastics is kind of a cheat.

Oh my. The Church of Elvis might have a new anti-Christ by the end of this vocal massacre.

If headband howler is ever subtle and on key while singing, I'll be surprised.

I think the couples should get extra points for not covering their ears during the 'singing'.

Petra is too freaking cute. But, I'm worried for her. The judges are tossing her under the bus tonight.

I don't care about the dancing issues - they were absolutely gorgeous together out there. Dmitry's personality shows this season and that's fun too.

Where's Pony? There's an awesome Jello commercial where a mother is threatening her kid's teddy bear. I want her take on it.

Have to agree Brooke looks great...I've always wondered how someone so attractive can not get it right week after week. Loved Petra's dance even if the judges were torn. May need to vote. Think the choice of music for Ralph didn't do him any favors and agree Chris is improving week after week. Cheryl just seems to be able to get it right for her celebs.
