The World Synchronized Skating Championships which took place in Finland last weekend will be broadcast on CBC on Saturday, April 23.
The time seems to be 3-6 pm, but it's unclear whether that's local or EDT, and another page refers to 4:30 as the start time.

I checked the CBC main schedule, then the Figure skating schedule on cbc.ca, then zap2it, and all 3 say 3-6pm eastern, noon-3 pacific.
