There was something Susanna Rokkamo in Anna's performance, very charming.

That was bizarre. I don't think they were clear enough in the choreography with the satire part of that dance.

Anna did most of the work there, but there was something charming about that.

Anna did a great job choreographing that. She played to his strengths and downplayed his weakness. I loved it. It was fun and made me smile. Anna is beautiful as always.

    You're assuming he isn't already.

Sugar Ray sounds dead serious about the classes. I think we have a convert to ballet here.

I was 100% convinced that Kendra was going to mention the Olive Garden when she found out her song had Italian in it...she's obsessed with the Olive Garden.

    Why do I know this???

Romeo needs to take a page from Sugar Ray's book about not taking yourself so seriously and worrying about what a man looks like.
"Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don't mean to do harm -- but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves." – T.S. Eliot

Good thing I am not a judge because I would give Sugar Ray a perfect 10 just for being Suger Ray!

Yeah, you have a point. Between that and the Black Swan reference... he's on a roll.

I do not get the scoring tonight. Romeo's paso was much better than Sugar Ray's Viennese Waltz, yet there's only two points separating them, and Sugar Ray is not that far ahead of Kendra's overscore.

Oh boy. The tacky, dirrrty, lewd bull-riding remarks that could be made about Dmitri...

I might be having the vapors just from that preview.

He's young. Sugar Ray would have taken himself a lot more seriously twenty years ago, too.

And even I can tell that some of the music is...screechy. In other words I'm not sure the classical orchestra is that much better than the sung stuff.

I can't imagine how difficult it is to dance the Paso to that music.

Angry Petra is so adorable. And slightly constipated. But I don't care, they're so pretty, they should get an automatic pass to the finals.

To be fair though, I'm kinda about the music choice. With better skating music it might have been a better number.
