I saw Bbc series recently,it is far better than the film!
Colin Firth doesnt remind me of Plu at all.

I think the original poster was thinking of the movie with Keira Knightley, and Mr. Darcy in that was played by Matthew MacFayden...probably spelled that wrong. I liked the actor, but I didn't like him as Darcy. There is only one Darcy, and that's Mr. Firth.

However, I went back and looked Matthew up, and you know, if you made him blonde, he DOES look like Plushy! Albeit, much better looking...
