Great article from PJ. I also want to thank Sharpie and the admins for giving me a place to hang out
. I've learned a few things too about skating in general and love the play by plays by members who know so much more than me. I usually have 3 or 4 windows going at the same time during a competition lol..........and enjoy the little "perks" of the membership..............Socudos to Sharpie and admins

Congrats Sharpie (and all the other admins as well) on some well earned recognition. I started with the live pbp threads at FSU which was a wonderful way to share my enthusiasm about the sport with other people who enjoyed and who could bring lots of different perspectives to the viewing experience.

I had no idea of the huge number of visitors, how interesting.. from a media perspective I have always found the quickest way to find out anything in figure skating is to come to FSU - way ahead of the press

I remember when they introduced SkateBug at Skate Canada in Ottawa, PJ and the guest commentator raised a question on SkateBug about one of the skaters that neither of them could answer and PJ said something to the effect that they should ask the posters on Figure Skating Universe because they know EVERYTHING that goes on in figure skating.
When you look at the number of time major figure skating news is posted here before it's reported anywhere else, I can see how it looks that way.Free Amodio.
