Junior world champions that became senior world champions

While watching the JGP I often wonder how many of these talented young skaters will actually make it in the seniors.

Junior world champs that later won world or Olympic title later at the senior level are not many, when you consider that they too compete every year.

    Men:

    Yagudin
    Plushenko
Kulik (OGM only; no world title)
    Takahashi

    Ladies:

    Michelle Kwan
    Irina Slutskaya
Kristi Yamaguchi (she won the pairs but not sure if she won singles as a junior)
    Yu na kim
    Mao Asada
    Miki Ando
Midori Ito (did she win a junior world title?)

    Pairs:
    Gordeeva-Grinkov
    Savchenko with another partner

    Ice dance:

    Virtue -Moir
    Domnina-Shabalin
    Kostomorov with another partner

Yamaguchi did win the pairs and singles titles in 1988.
I'm going to twizzle into a triple axel and spiral out of it.

You can find the lists of all the medalists here

Then you'd have to search for names in the Gold column of both junior and senior lists.

Yes, she won both the ladies singles and pairs junior world titles in 1988.

Galindo won the men's singles title in 1987, the year before winning pairs.

Thanks for the correction. I will remove his name from the OP.
