It goes without saying that drunk driving=bad, so now that that's out of the way--
What the hell is he talking about? Did he really mean to say Johnny Weir or is he thinking of someone else? Or does he believe he and Johnny are both Romanovs? That whole paragraph makes no sense. Well, it kinda does, but in a batshit way.

A priest in Ohio gets stopped for a DUI, and the video of his wasted in the cell as he gives a ranting, rambling speech goes viral. Part of the incoherence includes Johnny, though it really makes no sense at all:
