Robbie is the boy I tried so hard to avoid dancing with at 50 Bar Mitzvahs.

Not liking Robbie. This arrangement does him no favors and that high note was painful.

I want the Arms of an angel to come put its hands around my ears for butchering a Sarah McLachlan classic...

THAT is how you do a cover of Angel.

Ugh, that was so not good

Wow. No votes from me. I don't care which of these guys gets through.

I'm not voting for anybody who says I had fun.

All the dogs in my neighborhood are howling... at least that was the last thing I heard before my ears started bleeding.
I meant to take the high road.... but I missed the exit.

Not that I recall. It's really a tough song to sing well even when you don't feel like your entire career is on the line. Any pitch or other control problems are really obvious. And he reportedly had to start over because they had mic problems, so I'm sure he was really nervous.

Was anyone else getting flashbacks of poor, abandoned cats and dogs when Robbie was singing?

Scotty sounds like he's already a country music star.

ZOMG this cliche mess of lyrics reminds me why I hate country music.

Scot does have an excellent voice for country music. He's going to need a really good song writer to distinguish him from others, but he's cute and will do well. At least they aren't going to force them to do other genres this year.

His voice cries for some Garth or even Montgomery Gentry.

I love Scotty's voice, but this wasn't the best song in the world for him. It won't matter though, because I think this kid will be very popular regardless.

That song is why I love country music. Unabashed sentiment. This kid has got it, he's going to do well.

Stefano managed to sing most of that song through his nose.

Stefano's performance pales compared to the purity of the country star....there's no comparison.

Jennifer got officially on my nerves.
