I'm hoping for a big upset, and nothing would make me happier than Annette Bening winning the Oscar. If Helena Bonham Carter manages to win the oscar in her category, I'd also be over the moon

I hope Franco and Hathaway put on a great show. I've heard she'll be doing some song-and-dance "stuff" (the Hugh Jackman duet was a hit a couple of years ago), but have kept away from spoilers for the ceremony.

I too would like to see Bening win, but have not seen Portman.

The King's Speech should win a lot.

Won't be watching the show live, but hoping for some tragic frocks and winner shocks.
To think that fun is simple fun, while earnest things are earnest, proves all too plain that neither one thou truthfully discernest.

I have a very sneaky suspicion it may not. I still think the social network might take best picture and director despite the other pre-Oscar awards going to The King's Speech, and that most of the technical awards will go to Inception. There's no denying Firth his Oscar though

I wanted to watch it but it's too frigging looong with all those ad breaks but I hope James Franco delivers. I'm really curious of Cate Blanchett's gown choice. She's usually so unique but still not enough to make me wait that long.

He better win. Today while arguing with the cable company over my broken cable box, I told them they had to have it working by tonight so I can see Colin Firth win an Oscar.

Yeah, I think Firth losing would be an even bigger surprise than Christian Bale losing. They both are very deserving.

I'd get a kick out of it if The Fighter upset both the King's Speech and The Social Network for best picture.

Jennifer Lawrence a knock-out in a simple red Calvin Klein gown. No jewelry.

IS Josh Hutcherson really really tiny or is Ryan Seacrest standing on a box?

Ryan Secret thinks Josh Hutcherson is a nominee this evening?

P.S. I think Ryan is on a box, allezfred.
I meant to take the high road.... but I missed the exit.

That collar on Melissa Leo's dress
Gun Control is like trying to reduce drunk driving by making it tougher for sober people to buy cars.

Quick shot of Haley Steinfeld in ballerina pink, tea-length dress looking like something out of the 50s. Age appropriate and very cute.
