The Standard Poodle should be moved to the sporting group. Along with agility, field championships are rapidly growing in popularity with Poodle owners. Almost all the show dogs do agility when they finish competing. I'd love to do it with Draco except we'd have to travel out of state to compete. The field competition is water retrieving like labs. The Poodle Club of America has added an entire new section for them since neutered dogs can compete.
I almost got a Vizla before I got Draco, except they absolutely have to have at least two hours of hard exercise every day. You need at least 5 acres for them to run.

This group is a tough one. I love the Akita, the Dobie and the Boxer. I've owned great dogs of each breed. My Akita was the granddaughter of a Westminister BoS winner.
