I think Buddy Holly was the first singer I ever really noticed & looked forward to hearing on the radio (yes I'm old). We were all crushed when he & the others died. RIP Buddy.

Oh, I guess that's why the Richie Valens Story movie was on TV this week.
Actually, Buddy's real name was spelled "Holley" like my name, which is my grandfather's last name and my Mom's maiden name. The first press release sent out about him left out the "e," and that was that. I don't think we're related, but I've always claimed him as "cuz" anyway. I think this is in the movie....
