    Melissa Gregory and Denis Petukov

    Say,I asked about Kimmie. But what about Melissa and Denis? Are they still competing? They've been really quiet lately too.

    Actually, they be been all over the place. I think you need to expand the places you look for figure skating news because you've been missing a lot!

    Are you on Facebook or Twitter? You can follow a lot of skaters there and keep up with what they are doing. From Facebook, I learned that Melissa won an award and Denis was on the Skating with the Stars show.

    Let's directly answer FSWer's original question: No. Melissa and Dennis last competed at an eligible event at Skate Canada 2007, where they had to withdraw after an accident during the warm-up to the FD.

    Denis appeared on the "Skating with Celebrities" show, and I believe he's said that he's putting together a skating show in Las Vegas.
    Today is Doomsday. Alternate side of the street parking will be in effect.

    They are no longer competing in the eligible ranks. Haven't since Skate Canada 2007.

    IIRC, it was mostly a financial thing, not enough money to get it going again after the layoff. They started coaching about 3 years ago.

    i think Aceon means that they had to take time off after the injury to recover, They both got hurt in that accident in the warm up.
