I've also moved from Cancer to Gemini. I actually sort of like it...never enjoyed being called a "cancer."

I'm no longer a Cancer but am a Gemini. I don't want to be a Gemini!

You can you really be an Astrology expert? Whatever floats your boat, but it still remains a pseudo-science that produces no real, practical results.

Even if you take that site to be truth, the constellations still play a role with Western astrology and they don't quite correspond anyway. So really, it doesn't matter.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astrology

while Western astrology uses the tropical or seasonal zodiac. Because of the precession of the equinoxes whose cycle is ~25,686 years long, during which the extensions of the polar axes describe circles, the twelve zodiacal signs in Western astrology no longer correspond to the same part of the sky as their original constellations, due to centuries of change. In effect, in Western astrology the link between sign and constellation was broken in approximately 222 AD, whereas in Vedic astrology the constellations remain of paramount importance. Other differences between the two traditions include the use of 27 (or 28) nakshatras or lunar mansions, each 13⅓ degrees wide, which have been used in India since Vedic times, and the systems of planetary periods known as dashas.

Now I'm a Sagittarius (I used to be a Capricorn). I'm so not ready to be a Sagittarius. My little brother is the new sign. I like its name, it sounds cool.

I don't like this new fangled star sign thingy! I was quite happy as a Sagittarian and now I'm a bloomin' sign I can't even pronounce and I've never even heard of. I think I'll just pretend I didn't hear this today!

Any chance that the main characteristic of a typical Ophiuchus-ian is "resistant to change?"

Oh no, I went from Scorpio to Virgo!
But I AM a cliché-Scorpio...and most of the time proud of it...my life has ended now.

I was on the Aquarius side of Aquarius/Pisces cusp (last day) and now I am near the beginning of Aquarius. Aquarian power forever

After reading the CNN article "No, Your Sign Hasn't Changed" and hearing about tropical Zodiacs and sidereal Zodiacs, I think my main characteristic is "Very confused."

I think from now on I'm sticking to the Chinese Zodiac ... as far as I know, I'm still a Monkey.

Thanks for the link! It still gave me a lot of Aries though. But that's alright... whatever I am, no one can be as cool as me!

I am now a Cancer who was better suited to being a Leo. And my stupid brother stays a Leo. And I am the one who likes the color purple - the royal color you know. He is just plain stupid
