Technically, it wasn't an exhibition program and it wasn't so much embarrassing as outrageous. Alexei Urmanov's second program at the World Professional Figure Skating Competition in 1999. I was at MCI Center that night. When he took the ice, several people near me whispered to one another, "What is he wearing on his head?" The hat. The cape. The wand. It was Urmanov at his most flamboyant and quirky.
Hahaha, that was a really bad program.. not as bad as Candeloro though
Thanks, you all. That was great and fun.....my problem is that I would watch Anjelika Krylova even if she were just reading a phone book...
BTW, Are there any vids of Yasa Netchaeva and Yuri Chesnichenko skating?
Packing for nationals..gotta run
Green plastic vines as boob covering: they give me The Fear.
Like an ad for a theme restaurant and bar at a resort I don't want to go to, ever.
