Which 95/96 US skater used Tretiakov's music?

From 1:43 to 2:16? I love this music but I have no idea what it's called. It's fabulously tacky 80s music. (I'm pretty sure it's not from the Mancini soundtrack that the rest of his program is from)

haribobo are you having a conversation with yourself in here?

I vaguely remember Morgan Rowe, but it was nice to walk down memory lane. at the discussion about skaters "procrastinating" their jumps and getting too close to the boards...

There definitely is another skater who used this music since I don't know Morgan Rowe (but I admit that I find her beautiful in the video haribobo posted).
    I don't remember who...

The beginning music is "Charades" by Henry Mancini.

The music I was asking about, I found out is titled "Eclipse" from Cirque du Soleil.
