Then you probably shouldn't go. It's a lot of techno and dance music.

    it's a FITNESS CLASS, not a concert

But hey, who am I to deny you a chance to beat your favorite dead horse?
Q: Why can't I read the competition threads?
A: Competition forums on the board are available to those with a Season Pass or a premium membership How to View Kiss & Cry

Wearing a good bra may prevent saggage. Frankly, I don't know much about ways to keep the boobs perky other than the breast lift itself.

Sorry, but it's going to be latin pop and some general pop, (which I find to be fun especially for a workout like this!) One of hte zumba instructors I go to, will, once in a while throw in normal salsa music... but those instances are far and few between. You're more likely to hear things like Aventura for bachata and dj mixes and Ricky Martin and Enrique Iglesias.

I'm sure what you hear depends a lot on the instructor. I don't listen to Latin pop anyway, so it's all new and exciting to me. :-) If you have something you would like to hear, I'm sure the instructor would be happy to take suggestions. When I taught spinning I was always happy to accomodate the musical tastes of the class.

There's been counter-research that claims that bras cause saggage.
