Colorado 2-1 over Dallas in the MLS final on a Dallas own goal in the 2nd OT. Rough, ugly game played in Toronto's cold & rain.
Today's CL results:
Marsaille 3-0 Spartak
Chelsea 2-1 Zilina
Ajax 0-4 Real Madrid
Auxerre 0-2 Milan
Braga 2-0 Arsenal
Partizan 0-3 Shakhtar
Roma 3-2 Bayern
Basel 1-0 Cluj
Article about Real Madrid's "Red cards" yesterday
Was is deliberate? Had José Mourinho anything to do with it?
It is kind of sad - but I am also revelling in the whole Slytherin-ness of it all...
- Rep Power
I appreciate anything that gives attention to Xabi and the Ramos, though!

Results from day two of this week's CL round:

Internazionale 1 - 0 Twente
Schalke 3 - 0 Lyon
Valencia 6 - 1 Bursaspor
H. Tel-Aviv 3 - 0 Benfica
Panathinaikos 0 - 3 Barcelona
Tottenham 3 - 0 Bremen
Rangers 0 - 1 Man. United
Qatar is now according to the BBC the front runner for the 2022 WC!
Jose Mourinho and four players are facing possible suspentions for deliberate red cards during this week's CL matches. The sending offs means that Alonso and Ramos will serve suspentions during their final groups stage match rather than risking being suspended during the more important knock out round match.
And there seems to be at least one journalist who thinks like I do and says a Qatar WC is just silly and rediculous.
Barca plays Real today in Spain. Should be a great match to watch and we are now only two days away from knowing who will host the 2018 and 2022 WCs. England will have both PM Cameron and Prince William lobbying the delegates on England's behave. It is hard to see anyone beating them. Hope I at least get to see the US win 2022. I will be if they do not.
I'll be watching Barca vs. Real today! Can't wait!!!!!!
OUCH!!!!!! Barce leads Real 4-0! YAY Barca!
Another corruption claim made against FIFA. This time by Transparency International but these new accusations are unlikely to postpone the vote.
As much as i like Spain, i hope they don't get 2018 world cup considering the economic condition in both Portugal and Spain.
I watched this match on GOLTV from start to finish. A shocker, but fun to watch. Barca showed how the sport should be played. An amazing exhibition of the game.

The Russian PL has concluded and Zenit is the new national champions followed by CSKA in 2nd and Rubin in 3rd. Speaking of the Russians their PM has announced that he will not be attending the big vote tomorrow in Zurich which may give England a boost. Still hope the Russians win and the US gets 2022. Never mind if the US gets 2022 I will need a scooter by then. hehehehe
