    Among other things - John dares to do what some people consider unspeakable - skate while not being beautiful.

    Male skaters who are bald or don't have great bodies or faces seem to be as fair game as female skaters with bad hair or bigger legs or hips or who are unattractive.

    Yes I know there are other things people don't like about him - but I have noticed some posters just be incredibly nasty about skaters they do not think are good looking - about their looks specifically.

    Then again- as mentioned above - some posters are also nasty about the especially beautiful ones.

    So I guess anyone who is below a 6 or above a 9 is a potential victim!

    Your post proved her point. Debate is not twisting words and being a smartass. It's showing reasons why your views are right and the opponent is wrong.

    You can debate and be a smartass too you know. It also has the pleasing side effect of annoying the hell out of people.

    Besides, cruisin declared me the winner a few posts ago.
    To think that fun is simple fun, while earnest things are earnest, proves all too plain that neither one thou truthfully discernest.

    WTF are we gonna do for the next 2 1/2 years to fulfill the requisite hate and rage ???? (especially in between Full Moons??)

    I saw a werewolf with a Chinese menu in his hand
    Walking through the streets of Soho in the rain
    He was looking for a place called Lee Ho Fook's
    Going to get a big dish of beef chow mein

    {Refrain}
    Ah-ooooo, Werewolves of London
    Ah-ooooo
    Ah-ooooo, Werewolves of London
    Ah-ooooo

    If you hear him howling around your kitchen door
    You better not let him in
    Little old lady got mutilated late last night
    Werewolves of London again

    {Refrain}

    He's the hairy-handed gent who ran amok in Kent
    Lately he's been overheard in Mayfair
    You better stay away from him
    He'll rip your lungs out, Jim
    Ha, I'd like to meet his tailor

    {Refrain}

    Well, I saw Lon Chaney walking with the Queen
    Doin' the Werewolves of London
    I saw Lon Chaney Jr. walking with the Queen
    Doin' the Werewolves of London
    I saw a Werewolf drinking a Piña Colada at Trader Vic's
    His hair was perfect .......

    Ah-ooooo.... Werewolves of London !
    Ah-ooooo.... Werewolves of London !

    I received negative rep due to my comments about Chan.

    I think Brian Joubert gets crapped on alot. Granted his programs contain less choreography and transitions than other programs; but some have not seen the progress and improvement Baboo has made over the years.

    Barbara Fusar-Poli/Margalio vs Anissina/Peizrat
    No need to comment on MM's skating ability; I enjoyed both teams but Babs is just larger than life and I miss her sometimes

    Johnny Weir gets huge venom

    2004 Pairs and Ice Dance medalists-I will never get over Austin Power FD winning a gold medal

    Carolina Kostner(I like her though)
    "“My bronze feels like gold,” said the bronze medalist Carolina Kostner
