after last year's disaster on Eurosport, this time I'm positively surprised . they managed to squeeze in most of the events despite Australian Open. yay!
I hope it won't change much! I console myself that the programmes preceding figure skating are not live, mostly recaps...

She wouldn't stop bleating on about how it was some kind of foregone conclusion for Irina to beat Sasha - even after the LP, when Irina had given the performance of her life with a 3-3 and Sasha had made a mistake. Preferring Sasha's style is one thing, but for heaven's sake, credit where credit's due - Irina totally deserved the gold.

    Rant over

Looks like a decent schedule for Euros this year!

I'm very satisfied with this year's schedule for Europeans! I hope it stays this way.

I know it's too early to know for sure - just wondered if they were likely to be showing it live as I will be travelling at least one day that week and want to know what sort of time to try and avoid!

Japan is 9 hours ahead of Ireland and the UK so any live broadcast will start at about 9am for an evening session in Tokyo. As far as I recall we got the earlier session of the day on tape delay after the live final.

I don't think so - Eurosport doesn't show figure skating competitions without european skaters. It didn't even broadcast GP events.

Eurosport showed the 2007 4CC, so I was hoping they would broadcast this year's 4CC.
