That hasn't stopped a lot of "Christian" men in the past. Why is it that every time someone makes an excuse about why they won't do something, they have to validate it with "well, it's because I'm a Christian." Originally Posted by Matryeshka

I think what Kurt meant was that church culture puts a lot of pressure on its married male parishioners not to be friends with a woman who is not his wife, or even be in the same room alone with her, let alone have their hands on her.
