I don't really understand the list.
Anyway, Gordeeva and Grinkov are my favorite pair, ever. So, my vote goes to them.

Me too. I'd have voted for Elena and Anton if they'd been on the list but I'll always be nursing a huge huge crush on Aaron Parchem. There was something so incredibly tender and caring about the way he partnered, even or especially when she had trouble. I wish he'd been able to go farther in his eligible career and it still thrills me to see him at comps with his students.

So "Pflumm/Pottenger" - Who the heck are they? -- make the list but not the Protopopovs?

I vote "Other" - the Protopopovs - the first and greatest pair that I followed in earnest, since Innsbruck 1964 on a little b&w TV in my parent's den.

mmm well katia and Sergei for sure !!! and I think many of those pairs mentioned would be pretty impressed to see their names on a list WITH the great G/G......
I always for the current Canadian contingency ( well at least after GG retired!!!!) so I guess i never miss anyone cause there is always a new pair on the horizon!

This poll is a big joke.

Who the hell needs to know Berezhnaya/Sikharulidze, Shen/Zhao, Dmitriev with both partners etc. when there are GREATS like Moyle/Seitz, Hough/Ladret or Pflumm/Pottenger?

It's so random. Maybe these are just the pairs that the original poster enjoyed, but even that's a little strange because some of these teams barely competed anywhere.
