I think we were all thrown off by our first meeting with Nick & Vicki & how uninformed (clueless?) they were. As it's turning out they are athletic & quite nice & friendly.

Since all of you save Lilia A was in the same boat in underestimating the sustainability of Nick & Vicki, there wasn’t nearly the carnage to the standings that one might envision. Minor shuffling. Other than Lilia’s +8, there was a mere six point scoring swing between top and bottom scores for the week.

Standings with just the finale points to be added show Lilia as your [confirmed] champion; and Prancer, Lara, and shan in strong position to grab the other podium slots.

KikiSashaFan, KHenry, and rfisher are medal wildcards (I think), the latter two contingent on how Pick ‘Em and Rank ‘Em points fall (they'll need some precise results in their favor). Kiki, OTOH, will either medal or die contingent on Phil going shirtless in the finale.

Others who could make a big jump (or plummet, in the case of the first two categories) after the finale sorts things out:

+10 points: No to Girl/Girl winner (4 Deviants):Jamesy, itofan, Bev Johnston, and loveskating [translation: +10 points on the rest of you if Thomas & Jill come out victorious next Sunday]

+5 points: Yes to Shirtless Phil (3 Deviants): Flatfoote, Kiki, genevieve [translation: +5 points on the rest of you if Phil gets half-naked next Sunday]

I <3 Vicky. Because a team of two Nicks would have been eliminated very early (like, in Leg 1).
I regret not keeping them in 4th as I originally had. I blame Chad and Stephanie for annoying me so very much in the first episode. See, had Chad kept his mouth shut they wouldn't be my 4th place team or part of my pick 'em.

I know I have Jill and Thomas first, and I still think that overall they're the strongest team of the three remaining (or rather of the entire race) but ... go docs
