They say it does not mean his ineligibility is not valid anymore. But you know how to read between the lines. He will skate in ISU competition Japan Open on October 2nd for team Europe together with Lepisto, Meier and Brezina. Just a little more than a week pasted after his time for appeal was over and technically he became ineligible. And now ISU gives him a green light. Not bad for a start. I am sure he will be fine.
