Another honourable mention: Margarita Drobiazko & Povilas Vanagas. One of my favourite Ice Dance teams, they had reasonable results, with two European bronze medals and a World bronze medal and were so underscored.

    1. Klimova & Ponomarenko
    2. Gritschuk & Platov- as great as they were they never took my breath away the way K&P did in 1992.
    3. Anissina & Peizerat
    4. Virtue & Moir
    5. Krylova & Ovsiannikov- would probably be higher if career not cut short by injury
    6. Navka & Kostomarov- capatilized on a field lacking a legendary force and political advantage of being Russian #1 to dominate awhile.
    7. Denkova & Stayviski- very underrated, in many ways better than N&K
    8. Usova & Zhulin- stunningly beautiful team on the ice until their off ice troubles spilled into their on ice starting in 93-94. Never the most difficult programs or fastest even at best.
    9. Duchensays- overrated technically but they were captivating and original always.
    10. Belbin & Agosto

Aw, I loved them so much, they had that charisma only few can have, but were so riddiculously undermarked at about 90% of their competitions... I mean, they deserved at least two Worlds' medals more and an Olympic bronze in 2002.

They shouldn't be just an honourable mention, though, they deserve to make it to the top 10 for sure. Of course, if we talk about the quality of skating, not medals won...

Adding an honorable mention for Punsalan & Swallow and Kerr & Kerr to the list.
