There's a song I remember from the '70s that I can't put my finger on the name or artist. It was out of the psychedalia-rock era. Just remember the verse vocals,but not the lyrics, and the chorus with the lyrics. Everything in italics are group vocals, the others are single voice; everything non-articulated are the words I've forgotten.

I'm late to this thread, but www.midomi.com is a great source for identifying songs if you have a microphone. Just sing/hum in 10 seconds - I've been really impressed by how accurate it is.
