My bad, I meant to post this in the trash can mods please move!! Sorry!!
My picks:
1)Jeremy Abbott 2010 Nationals FS- Absolutely the best blend of technical merit and artistic brilliance by a US man ever.

2)Jeremy Abbott- 2008/2009 GPF FS- An incredibly clean and difficult program with intense choreography.

3)Johnny Weir 2008 Cup of China FS- Front-loaded, but beautifully completed all elements and great attack in this performance.

4)Michael Weiss 1999 Worlds FS- slight two-foot on the quad as always, but otherwise a really outstanding program showcasing nice lines.

5)Todd Eldredge 2001 Worlds FS- A thrilling, clean long with great jumps and spins and more exciting choreography than his winning LP in 96.

6)Christopher Bowman 1991 Skate America FS- The epitome of style. Only gripe is that most of the program was quite slow.

7)Matt Savoie 2002 Worlds FS- A brilliant skate by a brilliant skater who never received his due simply because he never tried a quad in competition. Far better Concerto in F than Yuna's in my opinion...

8)Adam Rippon 2010 4CC FS- Wonderful program with great technical merit and emotional choreography. My only gripe is the back pumping during crossovers. Have to believe he'll be moving up the list very soon.

9)Timothy Goebel- 2002 Olympic FS- A weak overall skater, but the excitement of hitting three quads added to his presentation greatly.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQXiiknXAH8
10)Johnny Weir 2004 Nationals (or worlds for that matter) FS- All elements completed with complete confidence and control. As always, a little front-loaded for my tastes.

Honorable mentions:
Lysacek (2007 Nationals), Galindo (1996 Nationals/Worlds), Weir (2005 Nationals)
Your turn!

again for MM! His Don Quixote was an amazing eligible LP for him. He did pretty well with it at '92 Skate America and Lalique (which he won btw).
