Michelle Kwan had a surprising, cute, and quick cameo on last night's episode of Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List on the Bravo network. Kathy made a bulimic joke about them holding each other's hair while they throw up their meal and Michelle smiled and gave an embarrassed, cute look at her while holding her face with both hands. She was so beautiful! Maybe those who missed it can catch it on a re-run.
