    Well, when I was in high school, when a girl was called "fast", that generally meant something else.

    My daughter just graduated high school. From the stories I hear, it still does!

    I guess it must vary from event to event too. For instance, someone once mentioned that Kerrigan was painfully slow during her LP at '93 Nationals. In addition, one of the judges at Nagano later commented that she felt Kwan was so slow in her LP that she wanted to go out on the ice and push her.
